A guided practice helps you tune into your natural rhythm supporting your nervous system and gently bringing the body out of stress and overwhelm. It’s simple, accessible, and meets you where you are.
You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to pause and breathe.

A personalised 1:1 session for anyone seeking focused and supportive guidance. Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to it, this is a calm, nurturing space to explore your breath, body, and energy at your own pace.
ONLINE SESSIONS
Experience a deeply held 1:1 breathwork session from the comfort of your own home. You’ll receive the same care, guidance and emotional support as in-person sessions, no matter where you are in the world.
Online sessions are available once we’ve worked together in person.
COUPLES/FRIENDS
A shared session for two people. Partners, friends or family, explore breathwork together in a calm, supportive setting. We’ll take time to breathe and integrate, creating space for connection, emotional balance, and shared grounding.
