Breathwork is a guided way of using your breath to calm the body and settle the mind. It helps you reconnect with yourself and gently release layers of stress, tension, or emotion. Each session supports your body’s natural ability to find balance and ease.

Each session begins with a short chat to see how you’re feeling that day. From there, I’ll guide you through gentle breathing patterns while you lie down or sit comfortably. We move at your pace, with time at the end to rest and integrate what you’ve experienced.

Breathwork can be adapted for most people, but it’s important to go gently and stay within your own comfort levels. If you’re pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, or a mental health diagnosis, please mention it before your session so we can adjust the practice to keep it safe and supportive for you.
