My approach is shaped by specialist training, my own life experiences and a quiet, reverent respect for what the body holds and how this can affect our lives.

Combining trauma-sensitive breathwork with clinical massage and scar therapy, means my sessions support both the nervous system and emotional regulation, which in turn creates longer-term healing.

Rather than just treating symptoms, I focus on the patterns the body still holds.

Life events, especially those beyond our control, can leave a lasting impact, affecting how we move, hold tension, and recover. When the nervous system stays in survival mode, tension builds, movement becomes restricted, and pain becomes a learned response, influenced by both physical changes and the emotional load we carry over time.

This deeper understanding has shaped how I work.
