Hi, I’m Rachael,
Through my own experiences, I’ve come to understand how closely the body and mind are connected.
Life events, especially those beyond our control, can leave a lasting impact, affecting how we move, hold tension, and recover.
It became clear to me that physical pain is not always explained by injury alone. Long-term pressure, emotional strain, and difficult experiences can quietly shape the way the body adapts, creating patterns that stay even after the original cause has passed.
When the nervous system stays in survival mode, tension builds, movement becomes restricted and pain can become a learned response, influenced by both physical changes and the emotional load we carry over time.
This deeper understanding has shaped the way I work.
Rather than just treating symptoms, I focus on the patterns the body still holds.
I’m currently developing my work through Trauma-Informed and Breath-Led approaches - expanding how I support the nervous system, emotional regulation, and longer-term healing through the body.
