My approach is shaped by specialist training, my own life experiences and a deep respect for what the body holds. Combining trauma-sensitive breathwork, clinical massage, and scar therapy means my sessions support both the nervous system and emotional regulation, which in turn creates longer-term healing.
EVERY RECOVERY IS DIFFERENT
Life events, especially those beyond our control, can leave a lasting impact, affecting how we move, hold tension, and recover. When the nervous system stays in survival mode, tension can build, movement can become restricted, and pain becomes a learned response, influenced by both physical changes and the emotional load we carry over time.
This deeper understanding has shaped how I work. Rather than just treating symptoms, I focus on the patterns the body still holds. Bringing a compassionate, bespoke approach, working with both your body and breath to support your recovery gently and effectively.
